Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! However, shipping may take longer to certain countries.

How long does shipping take?

We ship orders out within 72 hours of your order. Most orders arrive within 3 weeks, but times vary by location:

- For the US, average delivery times are between 8-15 business days
- For international orders, average delivery times are 12-18 business days depending on customs clearance

We offer tracking on all orders, which will be available through the link in your order shipment email. 

We have a 24-hour processing time to allow funds to settle and let customers change and update their orders.  

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping times may be slightly delayed. Our team is doing our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible, but postal services worldwide are experiencing extremely high volume and prioritizing items that are medical necessities, so we ask for your patience and understanding. How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of €3.95 for worldwide shipping on all orders! Priority Insured Shipping is available for a small upcharge.

If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us at hello@urbanvaya.com and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
